الكِتَابُ الثّاني: الأَخـلاق والآداب
قال تعالى: {وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَى خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ *}. [القلم:4]
3325 - عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم قَالَ: (مَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ أَثْقَلُ فِي الْمِيزَانِ مِنْ حُسْنِ الْخُلُقِ) .
3326 - عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رضي الله عنها قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم يَقُولُ: (إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ لَيُدْرِكُ بِحُسْنِ خُلُقِهِ دَرَجَةَ الصَّائِمِ الْقَائِمِ) .
‘Ā’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Verily a believer attains by his good manners the rank of one who fasts and prays abundantly."
3329 - عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم يَقُولُ: (اللَّهُمَّ! أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِي، فَأَحْسِنْ خُلُقِي) .
‘Abdullāh ibn Mas‘ūd (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah, just as You made my external form beautiful, make my character beautiful as well."
3331 - (ق) عَنْ أَبِـي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم: (مَنْ كانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ؛ فَلاَ يُؤْذِ جارَهُ، وَمَنْ كانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ؛ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ، وَمَنْ كانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ؛ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْراً أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ) .
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him say good words or remain silent. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him be generous to his neighbor. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him be hospitable to his guest."
3334 - (م) وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم: (مَنْ نَفَّسَ عَنْ مُؤْمِنٍ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ الدُّنْيَا، نَفَّسَ اللهُ عَنْهُ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ. وَمَنْ يَسَّرَ عَلَى مُعْسِرٍ، يَسَّرَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ. وَمَنْ سَتَرَ مُسْلِماً، سَتَرَهُ اللهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ. وَاللهُ فِي عَوْنِ الْعَبْدِ مَا كَانَ الْعَبْدُ فِي عَوْنِ أَخِيهِ. وَمَنْ سَلَكَ طَرِيقاً يَلْتَمِسُ فِيهِ عِلْماً، سَهَّلَ اللهُ لَهُ بِهِ طَرِيقاً إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ. وَمَا اجْتَمَعَ قَوْمٌ فِي بَيْتٍ مِنْ بُيُوتِ اللهِ، يَتْلُونَ كِتَابَ اللهِ، وَيَتَدَارَسُونَهُ بَيْنَهُمْ، إِلاَّ نَزَلَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّكِينَةُ، وَغَشِيَتْهُمُ الرَّحْمَةُ، وَحَفَّتْهُمُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ، وَذَكَرَهمُ اللهُ فِيمَنْ عِنْدَهُ. وَمَنْ بَطَّأَ بِهِ عَمَلُهُ، لَمْ يُسْرِعْ بِهِ نَسَبُهُ) .
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Anyone who relieves a hardship for a believer in this world, Allah will relieve one of his hardships on the Day of Resurrection. Anyone who makes things easy for a hard-pressed person, Allah will make things easy for him in this world and in the Hereafter. Anyone who covers up the faults and sins of a Muslim, Allah will cover up his faults and sins in this world and in the Hereafter. Allah supports His slave as long as the slave supports his brother. Anyone who travels a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make an easy path for him to Paradise. There are no people who gather in one of the houses of Allah, reciting the Book of Allah, learning it and teaching it, except tranquility descends upon them, mercy covers them, the angels flock and hover around them, and Allah mentions them in the presence of those near Him (in the heavens). And anyone who lags behind in doing good deeds, his noble lineage will not advance him any faster."
3335 - (م) وَعَنْهُ أَيْضاً قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم: (إِنَّ اللهَ عزّ وجل يَقُولُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ: يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ، مَرِضْتُ فَلَمْ تَعُدْنِي. قَالَ: يَا رَبِّ كَيْفَ أَعُودُكَ وَأَنْتَ رَبُّ الْعالَمِينَ؟! قَالَ: أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ عَبْدِي فُلاَناً مَرِضَ فَلَمْ تَعُدْهُ، أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّكَ لَوْ عُدْتَهُ، لَوَجَدْتَنِي عِنْدَهُ؟
يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ، اسْتَطْعَمْتُكَ فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْنِي. قَالَ: يَا رَبِّ وَكَيْفَ أُطْعِمُكَ وَأَنْتَ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ؟! قَالَ: أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهُ اسْتَطْعَمَكَ عَبْدِي فُلاَنٌ، فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْهُ؟ أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّكَ لَوْ أَطْعَمْتَهُ، لَوَجَدْتَ ذَلِكَ عِنْدِي؟
يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ اسْتَسْقَيْتُكَ فَلَمْ تَسْقِنِي. قَالَ: يَا رَبِّ كَيْفَ أَسْقِيكَ وَأَنْتَ رَبُّ الْعالَمِينَ؟! قَالَ: اسْتَسْقَاكَ عَبْدِي فُلاَنٌ، فَلَمْ تَسْقِهِ، أَمَا إِنَّكَ لَوْ سَقَيْتَهُ، وَجَدْتَ ذَلِكَ عِنْدِي) .
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah, Glorified and Exalted, will say on the Day of Judgment: 'O son of Adam, I was ill, but you did not visit Me.' He will respond: 'O Lord, how could I visit You and You are the Lord of the worlds?' Allah will say: 'Did you not know that My Servant, so-and-so, was ill but you did not visit him? Do you not know that if you had visited him, you would have found Me with him? O son of Adam, I asked you for food, but you did not feed Me.' He will respond: 'O Lord, how could I feed You and You are the Lord of the worlds?' He will say: 'Did you not know that My Servant, so-and-so, asked you for food, but you did not feed him? Do you not know that if you had fed him, you would have found (its reward) with Me? O son of Adam, I asked you for water, but you did not give Me any.' He will respond: 'O Lord, how could I give You (water) to drink and You are the Lord of the worlds?' And Allah will say: 'My Servant, so-and-so, asked you for a drink, but you did not give him one. Do you not know that if you had given him a drink, you would have found (its reward) with Me?'"
3337 - (م) عَنْ أَبِـي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم قَالَ: (مَا نَقَصَتْ صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ مَالٍ، وَمَا زَادَ اللهُ عَبْداً بِعَفْوٍ إِلا عِزّاً، وَمَا تَوَاضَعَ أَحَدٌ للهِ إِلاَّ رَفَعَهُ اللهُ) .
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Charity never diminishes wealth, and Allah does not increase the one who pardons others except in honor, and no one humbles himself seeking the pleasure of Allah except that Allah, the Exalted, will raise his rank."
